From September 30th to October 1st, our Yale Conferences & Events team took their show on the road to assist with the Yale Urology Inaugural Symposium: Bulldog Debates hosted at the Yale Club in New York City. Extending our reach beyond Yale’s campus is always a thrill, and what better way than to help with a Yale event in the Big Apple!
Distinguished Yale Urology faculty and accomplished speakers gathered for spirited debates on pivotal urological topics during their inaugural CME event at the esteemed Yale Club. During the two-day event, attendees who were inspired to learn more about modern, controversial issues in urology were welcome to participate in the groundbreaking debates. The symposium consisted of innovative presentations and powerful debates on issues of endourology, FPMRS, reproductive medicine, oncology, and so much more. The presentations and debates left attendees inspired and ready to apply their learning in their everyday practices and teaching.
Assisting the Yale School of Medicine’s Urology department in ensuring the smooth execution of the debates and event logistics was a gratifying experience for our team!

Yale Conferences & Events assisted with the following tasks:
- Booking travel accommodations for speakers
- Distributing signage
- Communicating with event sponsors
- Organizing food and beverage
- Planning the VIP dinner
- Putting together registration
- Managing timing of presentations and Q&A sessions
- Setting up rooms being utilized
