The Multicultural Open House will take place in multiple locations across campus such as Dwight Hall, Battell Chapel, and the Commons at the Schwarzman Center. Yale Conferences & Events has been an integral part of the planning process for this event. Our team has assisted with the space bookings, facilitating catering, organizing lunch and programming at the Schwarzman Center, reserving shuttles, implementing facilities work requests, booking rentals, and acquiring AV and signage.
