The holiday season is here, a perfect time to reflect and connect. Recently, the YC&E team came together for our staff retreat—a meaningful opportunity to look back on the past year. It was energizing to celebrate our accomplishments, acknowledge lessons learned, and share ideas to continue making a meaningful impact in all we do.
Things haven’t slowed down for us, with staff attending conferences and meetings to continue learning and growing. As we enjoy the season, let’s also remember to give back. See below for local ideas on how to make a difference in our community this holiday season.
