Preparing for 2025 with teamwork and vision

To kick off the new year, YC&E gathered at the stunning Study Hotel at Yale Penthouse for our annual staff retreat, reflecting on our 2024 milestones and setting ambitious goals for 2025. This day-long retreat offered our team a chance to connect, celebrate successes, and brainstorm ways to innovate and improve.

Each YC&E unit shared their 2024 accomplishments and goals for the year ahead. Highlights included the Venue team’s investment in cutting-edge technology for operational efficiency, the Operations team’s plans for enhancing Summer 2024 programming, and the Events team’s efforts to expand professional development opportunities for YC&E interns. The Marketing team showcased strong performance in web, social media, and email metrics, while the Finance team provided insights into our financial reporting.

With a focus on excellence, innovation, and collaboration, YC&E is ready to tackle 2025 with fresh ideas and renewed energy. We’re excited to see what the year has in store!
