For over a decade, Yale Conferences & Events has welcomed students and recent graduates into our internship program, offering them a chance to gain in-depth exposure to event planning and management at a leading institution.
Internships
Interns take on meaningful responsibilities that directly impact our events and projects, from coordinating conference logistics to managing Yale’s venues and creating marketing content.
Beyond daily tasks, interns are encouraged to lead projects, helping them build leadership skills and confidence. The program includes training, workshops, and mentorship from experienced professionals, equipping interns with a comprehensive skill set for their careers.
Our collaborative environment also provides networking opportunities with professionals across various departments, helping interns build valuable connections.
By the end of the program, interns gain practical experience and the skills needed to excel in the world of events and beyond.
