As Director of Yale Conferences & Events, Jen is responsible for leading the YC&E executive team. Her primary responsibilities include managing revenue growth, developing new business and fortifying existing client relationships, all while managing risk. Jen is focused on strengthening relationships with campus partners, and building the team to support the objectives of YC&E.
Prior to coming to Yale, Jen worked for Marriott and IHG for multiple properties in the New York metro area. She has her JD from Fordham University School of Law and her BA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Go Heels!). After 5 years of practicing as a commercial litigator in NYC, Jen found her passion in the event planning industry and has never looked back.
Jen’s favorite part of the job is all the people she gets to collaborate with, from the YC&E staff, to clients and other Yale colleagues. Her favorite event to help manage is Class Day. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
