YC&E was honored to once again support Yale Divinity School’s Convocations & Reunions, held October 6–10. This year’s gathering included milestone 50th and 25th reunions, special alumni awards, and distinguished lectures. Events took place across campus at venues like the Greenberg Conference Center, Betts House, and the Peabody Museum, creating opportunities for alumni, students, faculty, and friends to reconnect, celebrate, and be inspired.
A major highlight was the reopening of the Berkeley Center after a $6 million renovation, transforming it into a welcoming space for Episcopal seminarians with new offices, lounges, and study and prayer areas. Read more about the Berkeley Center renovation here.
Yale Conferences & Events managed the following tasks:
- Coordinating hotel blocks for attendees
- Registration site build through Cvent and on-site staffing support for registration
- Venue management of the Greenberg Conference Center & Betts House
- Vendor coordination including catering, audio-visual, florals, shuttles, and rentals
- Outdoor tent rental and permitting
