On May 29th and 30th, Yale University hosted the 10th Yale Innovation Summit, Connecticut’s largest entrepreneurship event, showcasing cutting-edge developments in the arts, biotech, climate, health, and tech sectors. This event attracted a diverse audience of innovators, investors, and industry professionals, offering them a dynamic platform for engagement through panels, keynote speeches, and networking opportunities.
The summit featured an impressive lineup of speakers, including Chelsea Clinton, Vice Chair of the Clinton Foundation, and Emmet Shear, Founder and CEO of Twitch. Participants selected from five thematic tracks, engaging in panel discussions, pitch competitions, and networking tailored to each field. This year also introduced exclusive sessions for investors and discussions on topics like social entrepreneurship and the creation of innovation hubs.
YC&E enhanced the attendee experience by developing a custom onsite event app and a comprehensive Cvent registration site. These tools streamlined the process and enriched the engagement for all participants.

- Booking and coordination with Yale Catering and Marcia Selden for menu selections, dietary restrictions, and rentals/setups
- Audiovisual technology and equipment, production, and hybrid setups through Yale Media Services and HB Live
- Coordination of setup, equipment, and electrical needs for event entertainment
- Booking and coordination of Yale Public Safety, including YPD, Yale Security, Yale EMS, and NHPD for the safety of the guests, spaces, and equipment
- Parking and transportation, in collaboration with Yale Parking, the City of New Haven, and B&B Transportation
- Comprehensive budget and final invoice
