Yale School of Medicine’s annual Student Research Day, held on May 7 at the Anlyan Center, showcased students’ research through poster sessions and prize-winning presentations. The event also featured a keynote lecture by C. N. H. Long Professor of Medicine, Peter S. Aronson, MD, and the awarding of the John N. Forrest, Jr. Award for Mentorship in Medical Student Research.
Over 75 students presented their research in the poster session, with this year’s John N. Forrest, Jr. Award going to Shelli Farhadian, MD, PhD. YSM students, faculty, and staff gathered to support and celebrate the hard work and achievements of the participants.
Yale Conferences & Events managed the following tasks:
- Coordination of audio-visual support
- Facilities work requests and room setups
- Catering
- Meter bags and parking
- Print materials including posters and name badges
