On April 3rd, the Community of Learners for Event Professionals (COL) at Yale got an inside look into World Travel, Yale University’s new travel booking and management system. Timothy Kropp from Yale Travel led a virtual session for COL, diving into the shift from Egencia to World Travel for business and event travel bookings. Participants engaged in discussion about event travel best practices and shared their questions and feedback on the new process with Yale Travel.
World Travel, a US-based travel management company, offers services like online booking through Concur Travel, a trained agent team versed in Yale policies, and a dedicated team for meeting bookings.
