On Wednesday, February 21st, YC&E partnered with Yale Human Resources’ Recognition & Engagement team to present an enriching event at Kline Tower. The occasion, a Kline 14 open house, welcomed managers of Yale staff to explore the newly unveiled 14th-floor space and learn more about strategies for fostering team engagement and celebration.
Managers Unite: Kline 14 Open House Connects Yale Teams
Managers had the opportunity to explore the picturesque surroundings of Kline 14, “the room with a view,” while gaining insights into innovative approaches to team engagement. They engaged in discussions with the Recognition & Engagement team, discovering an array of resources tailored to creating meaningful interactions with their teams. This included leveraging the HR Team Experience Builder and Yale’s new staff celebration calendar.
YC&E team members were also on hand to answer questions about using the space for upcoming meetings and events.
This collaboration provided a platform for managers to network across departments and explore avenues for strengthening team dynamics.
