Fine-tuning our roles (and adding a couple of new ones)

Congratulations!

It is incredible to look back on our pre-pandemic team and see how much we have grown and evolved. We are now proud and excited to announce a large “reorganization” effort within our team, where we have redefined staff roles to encompass everything we have learned and accomplished!

This new model will set YC&E up for long term sustainable growth, business continuity, and planned linear focus on both the academic year and summer business, allowing us to better serve the university and our valued clients.

Effectively immediately, the following program staff (and Justin) are in the following positions with new business titles. Congratulations to all! 

  • Jennifer Zuccaro is now Associate Director of Program Administration and Summer, focused on leading summer business 
  • Shannon LeGault is now Associate Director of Academic Initiatives and Events, focused on leading academic year business 
  • Tara McHugh is now Assistant Director of Program Operations 
  • Justin Thornton is now Assistant Director of YC&E Operations 
  • Emily Roback is now Senior Program Director and the Lead of the Greenberg Conference Center
  • Megan Palluzzi is now Program Director
  • Maddison Capobianco is now Senior Program Manager 
  • Kelly Vailette is now Program Manager
  • Daniela Czerwinski is now Marketing & Communications Director

Finally, we now have an Assignments Coordinator position posted on STARS. There will be more information on other positions forthcoming, so stay tuned!
