Kelly Vailette
As a Program Manager, Kelly is responsible for supporting a wide range of department programs, conferences, events, and projects. She is the point person for all inquiries and space bookings at the Greenberg Conference Center and Betts House and assists with coordinating all space needs for summer programs and conferences here on campus. In addition, she works as a liaison between YC&E and internal service providers to ensure a successful experience for clients. Kelly is also the lead for our events management system, Cvent, which is utilized for online registrations and our virtual/hybrid events platform. Her favorite location on campus are the residential college courtyards and managing the Kerry Initiative – Yale Climate Conference has been the highlight of her career.
Kelly has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Bradley Three Year Honors Program at Southern New Hampshire University and is currently getting her master’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Albertus Mangus College. She is a very hard working and attentive person, and loves working in a fast-paced environment and seeing an event come together from start to finish.
