As YC&E’s Senior Manager of Operations, Kelly is responsible for a range of essential client services, programmatic support, and operational solutions that reduce costs while producing greater operational efficiencies. She manages relationships and creates systems with campus partners and external service providers, strategically maps the use of all space during the summer, functioning as the summer registrar, manages the department’s registration system, Cvent, and assist with streamlining summer operations. Kelly also provides logistical support for a variety of internal and external programs, conferences, and events on campus.
Kelly has a master’s degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Albertus Magnus College and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Bradley Three Year Honors Program at Southern New Hampshire University. She is a very hard-working and attentive person and loves working in a fast-paced environment.
