Falling Into a New Season

September 2024 newsletter

Director’s Note

Hi friends,

It’s been a busy fall so far with events both on campus and in New York City. Our staff continues to showcase their expertise in taking Yale events beyond New Haven, bringing the Yale experience to new locations.

We’re excited to announce that we are currently recruiting interns for our 2025 cohort! This is a great opportunity for college students and recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in event management. If you know someone who might be interested, feel free to direct them to our employment page.

For those planning to organize a program for children and youth on campus, we encourage you to visit the Yale Programs for Children and Youth website. It’s a great resource for understanding requirements and accessing helpful tools for organizers and staff. More details can be found below.

Lastly, we’re thrilled to recognize two big work anniversaries—Tara McHugh (15 years) and Emily Roback (10 years). We are grateful to have both of them on our team and proud to retain such talented individuals over the long term.

Thank you all for being part of our community, and here’s to a successful fall season!

Best wishes,
Jen
