As a Conferences and Events intern, Tess Blair is gaining hands-on experience in conference and event planning while supporting the YC&E team across a variety of programs and events. She contributes to event preparation and execution, learning the coordination and operational details that ensure a seamless guest experience.
Tess is currently a sophomore at the University of New Haven, pursuing a dual degree program with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Class of 2027, and an MBA, Class of 2028. On campus, she serves as a Charger Ambassador, DREAM Ambassador, and Exam Proctor. Through these customer-facing roles, Tess has strengthened her communication, organization, and client advocacy skills, which she brings to her work with YC&E.
Originally from Upstate New York, Tess has a deep appreciation for nature and enjoys spending time outdoors. She also loves traveling and exploring new places. Tess is excited to continue developing her skills in event planning with YC&E.
