As Associate Director of Events and a member of the leadership team, Shannon works closely with the Director and Associate Director of Operations on strategic initiatives, client development and relationship management. Shannon focuses on actively engaging Yale staff, along with internal and external service providers to create growth and streamline processes. Shannon not only leads the events team, reviewing all YC&E inquiries and determining how to best use the resources available, she is also the point of contact on the largest summer youth program on campus and some of our large-scale VIP events. Shannon has a B.A. from Quinnipiac University and obtained her CMP Certification in Fall 2024.
