As a Conferences and Events intern, Rachel Baillargeon works with the YC&E Operations team, gaining hands-on experience in the logistics and behind-the-scenes coordination that make our events exceptional. She supports the team in executing programs and ensuring that each event runs smoothly from planning through completion.
Rachel will graduate in May from Central Connecticut State University with a degree in Strategic Communications and plans to pursue a career in event management. During her time on campus, she worked with the New Student Programs office, supporting social media efforts to promote events and assisting with the set up and execution of orientation programs. Her experience in event promotion and coordination, combined with her strong communication skills, positions her well as she continues to grow in the field of event management.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys spending time with her dogs, reading, and watching some of her favorite television shows. She is excited for the opportunity to further develop her event coordination skills and gain valuable hands-on experience with YC&E.
