Megan Palluzzi
As a Program Director, Megan is responsible for supporting a wide range of department programs, conferences, events and projects. She contributes to the short- and long-term planning of all aspects of program management and logistical operations. Megan has a wide range of duties focusing on the development of program budgets, managing internal and external service providers, negotiating venue needs and on-site coordination. She works to develop beneficial relationships and serve as a liaison with other university departments and external organizations. Megan also serves as a chair of the social committee in the department and helps support the hiring and training process of our Program Assistant’s and summer employees.
Megan has a bachelor’s degree in management from Central Connecticut State University and was born and raised in Branford, CT. Megan works at her favorite spot in Branford, the Owenego, over the summer waitressing and serving events. Her favorite event to manage is Bulldog Days, she loves Mexican food, and hopes to someday travel to Greece. In her “spare time” she also coaches the Branford High School Dance Team.
Megan is a Certified Event DEI Strategist.
