Megan Palluzzi

As a Senior Manager of Events, Megan is responsible for supporting a wide range of department programs, conferences, events and projects. She contributes to the short- and long-term planning of all aspects of program management and logistical operations. Megan has a wide range of duties focusing on the development of program budgets, managing internal and external service providers, negotiating venue needs and on-site coordination. She works to develop beneficial relationships and serve as a liaison with other university departments and external organizations. Megan also supports the recruitment, hiring and training process of our internship program and summer employees.

Megan has a bachelor’s degree in management from Central Connecticut State University and was born and raised in Branford, CT. Her favorite event to manage is Bulldog Days, she loves Mexican food, and she hopes to someday go to an elephant sanctuary with her fiancé, Andrew. In her “spare time” she also coaches the Branford High School Dance Team.

Megan is a Certified Event DEI Strategist.
