Event Description:
Representatives from all eight Ivy League schools, as well as Stanford University and the University of Chicago, gathered to discuss new processes and procedures used to run effective departments on campus. Yale has hosted multiple Ivy Conferences; including Conference & Event Planning, Facilities & Sustainability, Dinning Operations and Graduate Housing. This event happens each year in the month of November. All eight schools rotate for the chance to host each year.

• Work directly with Yale Hospitality on menu selection
• Coordinate all print requests with Yale Printing & Publishing
• Welcome Packets and Gift Bags for participants
• Hotel Reservation Coordination
• Food and beverage coordination
• Creation of Name Badges
• Campus and Specialty Tours
• Staffing
• Bus Transportation
