Director’s Note

Dear friends,

As we turn the page from a remarkable Commencement weekend celebrating all of our graduates, we now transition into the vibrant season of summer at YC&E!

Yale Summer Session kicked off over Memorial Day Weekend with the arrival of enthusiastic students and staff. The campus is abuzz with activity, and it’s invigorating to witness. This summer, we are thrilled to welcome back our full roster of programs for the first time since 2019.

The presence of summer programs not only enriches our campus but also contributes to the vitality of the greater New Haven area. Our city thrives on the vibrant atmosphere these programs create. If you reside in the New Haven area, I encourage you to explore our campus during the summer months. Discover the remarkable endeavors our summer programs are undertaking, from entrepreneurship to business to medicine. These programs offer high school students a taste of college life on our beautiful campus.

As summer begins, let’s embrace the potential for growth and exciting experiences that lie ahead. If you’re ever near campus, drop by and witness the vibrancy firsthand!

With warm regards,

Jen Zuccaro

Yale & Beyond

Register summer activities and events at Yale

Yale requires registration for all on-campus summer activities and events organized by faculty, staff, and students. This includes residential and non-residential programs, internships, and more. The process is quick and easy, providing the university with a record of all summer activities on campus. Find more information and Yale policies through the link below.

Yale’s historic Old Campus set the scene for this memorable event, and YC&E was honored to have been there to assist.

Shining a spotlight on remarkable medical research

The Yale School of Medicine recently held its Student Research Day, marking the first in-person gathering since 2019.
