Summer Activities Registration

Yale summer programs and activities contribute to a vibrant atmosphere on campus, attracting thousands of people worldwide to engage in learning, exploration, and personal development.

Registration of summer programs and activities provides the information necessary for Yale to fulfill its institutional responsibilities as a host institution. Specifically, it allows for the communication of health and safety information as well as the coordination of emergency services.

Who must register?

All Yale faculty, staff, and students are now required to register their on-campus summer activities. Programs of any duration that will take place on Yale’s campus between the end of the spring semester and beginning of the fall semester are required to register.

*Programs that are already registered with EH&S or Minors in Labs do NOT need to register here separately.

What programs must be registered?

Programs that must register include residential programs with overnight accommodations on Yale’s campus, as well as non-residential programs or internships hosted by Yale departments, faculty, staff, or student organizations.

How do I register?

Registration only takes a few minutes and it provides the university a record of all summer activities taking place on campus.
