YC&E had the pleasure of assisting with the 2024 Yale Institute for Global Health Case Competition, held on Saturday, February 17th, at the Humanities Quadrangle.
This annual event brings together undergraduate, graduate, and professional students from many different academic backgrounds to collaborate in developing innovative solutions to a global health problem. The competition gives Yale students a platform to present innovative solutions to pressing global health challenges and demonstrate their problem-solving skills and depth of knowledge.
Participants had the opportunity to network and connect with students interested in global health from across Yale, and the winning team was awarded a cash prize and invited to present at the Emory Morningside Global Health Case Competition in Atlanta, GA, which includes students from schools worldwide.
Our team was honored to assist with this event for the fourth year in a row, and we congratulate this year’s winning team!
Yale Conferences & Events managed the following tasks:
- Event registration management through Cvent
- On-site event staffing
- Food and beverage
- Coordination of space bookings, custodial work orders, and setup
- Print materials, including name badges, signage, and programs
- Coordination of audio-visual support with Yale Media Services
