On March 24, Casebook hosted its Client Education Day at Yale, bringing together local customers for a hands-on program focused on learning, collaboration, and connection.
Casebook, a case management software company supporting government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and social service providers, designed the day to help users deepen their understanding of the platform while connecting with peers in the field. The program opened with a keynote speaker, followed by breakout sessions led by Casebook staff and a product update highlighting new features and capabilities.
Throughout the day, attendees exchanged ideas, shared best practices, and explored ways to enhance their day-to-day work. Dedicated time between sessions encouraged meaningful conversations and relationship-building, reinforcing the collaborative nature of the event.
The program was held at the Greenberg Conference Center, providing a welcoming and well-equipped setting for a full day of programming. Guests enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and all-day beverages provided by Bourassa.
