From September 24–25, the Yale Club of New York City hosted Yale Climate Week NYC, an annual international summit bringing together thought leaders, activists, innovators, and members of the Yale community to drive climate action and explore scalable solutions for a more sustainable future.
Day One, organized by Yale Planetary Solutions, featured panel discussions on international trade for a sustainable future and strategies to rebuild bipartisanship in the U.S. environmental movement. The evening concluded with a lively networking reception, giving attendees the chance to continue conversations and build new connections.
Day Two offered a full schedule of more than 20 faculty-led programs spanning business, technology, policy, and the arts. Sessions highlighted innovative, transformative solutions and encouraged collaboration across disciplines, reinforcing Yale’s role in advancing global climate leadership.
The Yale Club proved to be a striking backdrop for this important gathering, and Yale Conferences & Events was proud to provide full logistical support, including:
- Coordinating event space and setup needs
- Planning all food and beverage services
- Managing AV needs across four rooms for 25+ sessions
- Providing on-site staffing for registration and guest support
- Arranging florals and décor
- Coordinating hotel room blocks and VIP itineraries
- Partnering with YPPS to print 1,000+ name badges and signage
- Overseeing registration through Cvent
