Shannon LeGault
As Associate Director of Events and Program Administration, Shannon is responsible for developing and directing the program team on best practices, while managing some of YC&E’s large-scale VIP events and conferences. As a member of the leadership team, Shannon works closely with the Director and Associate Director of Program Operations on strategic initiatives, client development and relationship management. Shannon focuses on actively engaging Yale staff, along with internal and external service providers to create growth and streamline processes. Shannon prides herself on her ability to stay calm under pressure and provide excellent customer service.
Shannon has a B.A. from Quinnipiac University and is currently working towards her CMP Certification. Shannon also assists with planning weddings for her sister-in-law’s company, Pink Olive events, while being the proud, busy mom to two active sons.
