David Wright

As Residential Operations Manager, David coordinates housing operations and manages most of our summer staff. Always up for trying new things, David Wright is the most recent addition to YC&E’s permanent team. David spent the past four years working for our client, the Summer Institute for the Gifted. During that time, he got to know many of the YC&E staff members. Eventually, he liked us so much he decided to stay, so in May 2015 he joined YC&E as our Residential Operations Manager.

David is a Memphis, Tennessee native but has lived in Hampton, Virginia for the past 13 years after initially moving there to earn his B.S. in Biological Science from Hampton University. Since coming to New Haven, David has enjoyed riding his bike around the city and trying all the different food carts.
