Leadership Forum for Strategic Impact is a leadership development program that engages highly influential women from varied African countries. These women form discussions in global topics relating to leadership, politics, communication, health and community involvement. This program enhances networking opportunities for African women leaders that are working on advancing their nation.

Scope of Work: 

• Arranged food and beverage services provided by Yale Catering, the Omni Hotel, La Fonda Del Sol, and Yale Club in NYC
• Arranged ground transportation through Hy’s Limousine for airport transfers and shuttles throughout the conference
• Worked directly with Yale Publishing on all print materials
• Coordinated with the Yale Police Department and Security to arrange for a safe and engaging event for participants
• Organized hotel arrangements for participants to stay at the Omni Hotel and the Yale Club NYC
• Hired translators through Ubiqus for the duration of the conference
• Created a flag inventory to ensure that every nation was represented during the conference
• Onsite coordination such as setup and breakdown of materials
