Our only hang-up was a miscommunication with operations staff about the load-in at the beginning of the event, but it seems like that was really their fluke, not the fault of our YC&E people. Our YC&E folks, especially Megan the Program Director and Colleen the Program Assistant have been REALLY wonderful and were hugely helpful during the day on Bulldog Saturday - they had a big presence at Dwight Hall and other event locations which was really great. Megan is very much on top of things and ran a tight ship with her people at the event. Looking forward to having them help run the show all over again next week!

Other YC&E staff stepped in seamlessly to take care of things on-site. Kelly Vailette and Colleen Murphy were fantastic on-site coordinators. Kelly went above and beyond, whenever anything came up (a change in schedule; an edit for the catering order) Kelly immediately took care of everything.
I cannot emphasize enough how fantastic the staff are (so great at their jobs!) and how easy they are to work with, making our experience at the conference much easier. Thank you again for your fantastic team!

Each year, we bring 1,100 prospective students and 700 parents to campus for packed days in April. None of this would be possible without Yale Conferences & Events. They do a tremendous job taking the load off, so that we can focus on what is most important: talking to students and parents about their future at Yale. The staff at Conferences & Events was most professional throughout the planning phases of our event as well as during the program. They brought the many resources of their department to the program, with offers to assume responsibility for tasks that otherwise would have over-burdened other team members. And the logistics management YC&E provided was top-drawer, making for a GHLI healthcare leadership education program that properly showcased the Yale imprimatur. I had much trepidation taking on the task of chairing the logistics committee for an upcoming conference to be held at the Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. After my first meeting with Conferences & Events, I knew that F&ES would hold a successful and professional conference with their help. We could not have been more pleased with the level of service and professional attitude they provided while managing our event. A deluge of rain on the outdoor conference still did not dampen their demeanor and they were quick to handle any hiccups along the way.
