Scope of Work:

 ·        Identified and booked space that aligns with programming content (E.g. Yale Law School)

·        Worked with Yale Publishing & Printing Services to develop a logo for FLEYA that includes a joint FBI and Police Department design

·        Created logo identified merchandise: t-shirts, polo shirts, coin

·        Organized a Thimble Island Cruise boat tour and catering for one of their evening activities

·        Organized a 3-on-3 basketball game that YC&E staff participated in along with members of FLEYA, the FBI, and PD

“FLEYA wouldn’t have happened without YC&E! The success of any event starts with the planning. In 34 yrs. of conducting all types of events I have never been as impressed as I was with YC&E”.

“…Being the first overnight week long youth program partnered with FBI in the country, we had concerns. All those concerns were put to rest once YC&E took control of the daily planning. The professionalism and dedication to getting the job done right, made YC&E the absolute best team to work with in creating and planning FLEYA. There is no better professional team to develop a plan and execute that plan for a successful event than YC&E.”
